What type of catering service are you interested in? Pick up - 10 Person Minimum With this option, you may pick up your order at either of our Melvin's Legendary BBQ locations (James Island & Mt. Pleasant). Eating utensils, paper products, & cups included. Delivery - 25 Person Minimum Have one of our experienced caterers deliver to a location of your choosing. Have your table ready and we'll take care of the rest! We can set up your order buffet style or another arrangement if needed. This is the best option for those who want it quickly and easily without missing any of the party.

Full Service - 25 Person Minimum This has been our specialty since 1972 and is almost as famous as our barbecue. Our experienced staff will set up and maintain the buffet line and thoroughly clean up the serving area at the conclusion of your event. All food will be served out of chafing dishes. We guarantee a 2 hour time span, excluding the time it takes to set up and break down. Each additional hour is $50.
