Hand-pulled chicken, smoked in out specially designed Bar-B-Que pits until tender and juicy. Served with 2 trimmings and Homemade corn bread.

Our House Specialty "RIBS"
Hickory smoked "St. Louis-Style" ribs (4-bone) over smoldering live hickory coals for 7 hours. Marinated a full 24 hours then topped with either our famous Carolina Southern Sauces or served dry with our blend of spices. Served with 2 trimmings & Homemade corn bread.

The World's Best BBQ Pork & Ribs Combo
Our famous Carolina Bar-B-Que pork cooked over smoldering live hickory coals a full 24 hours, then hand-pulled and topped with our "1933" Southern Secret Recipe sauce, and "St. Louis-Style" ribs (2-bone) any style wet or dry. Served with 2 trimmings and Homemade corn bread.

The seasoned hickory wood, the specially designed pits, the temperature, how we handle our meats after they are cooked and the most important is the topping with the World Famous "1933" Melvin's Southern Golden® "Secret Recipe" Sauces!

We are indeed proud to serve the Best USDA Carolina Pork Bar-B-Que and our "St. Louis-Style" Ribs. We cook them over smoldering live Hickory coals a full 24 hours and the ribs a full 7 hours. No matter the style (wet or dry) all of our meats have one thing in common; our chefs have been taught by the "Chief Pitmaster" himself, Melvin Bessinger! The seasoned Hickory wood we use in our pits turns this meat slightly pink but also makes it very tender. It's then char-broiled over an open flame and served with our Southern Red® Sauce.

Hickory-Smoked "All White" Chopped Chicken
This chicken is cooked in our Bar-B-Que pits, hand pulled and served with our Southern Red® Sauce.

Chicken Finger Dinner
Tender strips of chicken, deep fried until golden brown. Served with honey mustard.
